About Asia Property

History

Asia Property was founded in 1999 with the aim of providing a high quality real estate service in Hua Hin, and the surrounding areas. At that time Hua Hin was still relatively undeveloped but as time passed new developments and condominiums began construction and Asia Property's property portfolio steadily grew. From Real Estate sales and rentals to Housing Project Development and Property Investment Management, the Asia Property Group has continually expanded to accommodate all facets of the modern-day Property Industry.

Today

Asia Property is Hua Hin’s longest established Property Agent, with three centrally located sales offices and more than 40 staff. A new, purpose built head office is currently under construction and the company is proud to also have its own, fully serviced developments – Baan Hua Na Serviced Estates. Our portfolio of services offered is constantly expanding with an emphasis on Consulting, Rental Management, Property Management, Property Maintenance and Hospitality.

The Future

The next two years will be a time of great expansion for Asia Property with plans to open a number of new branches in various property hot spots throughout Thailand.

The future is very bright at Asia Property! With continual investment in business development, market share enhancement, company expansion, innovative marketing and sales strategies and on-going employee development, it’s hard to see where the exciting Asia Property road will end!
