Job Role
- Manage and motivate the Sales Team
- Coordinate appointments and viewings
- Support and guide Sales Executives involved in sales, where necessary, to conclude transactions
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of individuals within the Sales Team
- Ensure standard operating procedures are upheld and developed
- Prepare consise management reports
- Train, council and coach the Sales Team
Requirements:
- Western or Thai nationality
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record in similar position
- Ability to manage and motivate the Sales Team
- Strong organisational skills
- Achievement-minded and team oriented
