Asia Property is made up of a number of departmental teams including Sales, Rental Management, Product, Maintenance, Legal and Marketing. Each team has clearly defined functions and responsibilities and aims to provide our customers with a highly professional and reliable service.

Management Team

Our Managers strive to ensure that each team is operating at its maximum potential thus ensuring the overall success of the company. They are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to develop and improve the services offered to keep Asia Property at the forefront of the Thailand property market.

Sales Team

Our professional Sales Team possesses the skills, experience and market knowledge required to find our customers the right property in Thailand. They are always available to discuss property options in a relaxed, comfortable environment and give dependable and impartial advice. They are also responsible for arranging property viewing and helping our customers through the entire sales process.

Rental Management Team

Our Rental Management team assists our customers finding the right rental property, whether it be on a short or long-term basis. They provide a hassle free check-in and check-out service including airport transfer, handle all payments, arrange home maintenance services such as housekeeping and generally take car of our customers throughout the entire rental period.

Maintenance Team

The Maintenance team is responsible for keeping homes, pools and gardens regularly maintained, cleaned and tended to. In addition, our security personnel work around the clock to ensure that residents can be confident of their safety at all times.

Product Team

Our Product Team is responsible for selecting and listing only the very highest quality properties in Thailand. From location, home features, building materials and specifications - every single detail is meticulously documented and entered into our comprehensive listing database. The Product Team provides our sales team with the tools needed to help our customers find the right property no matter how specific their requirements.

Product Display Team

Our Product Display Team includes an architect, graphic designers, web designers, 3D graphic specialists and copy writers. The team ensures that all information is presented in a clear, accurate and aesthetic manner. A variety of media is utilized to display material and content in our High Street Sales Centres and Exhibition Halls around the world.

International Business Development Team

Our dedicated Networking group works hard to ensure that our worldwide exposure grows on a daily basis, we only campaign fully qualified Housing and condominiums to our extensive client database. The Marketing Team’s services are invaluable to developers and property owners as well as those who are looking for their perfect property in Thailand.
