Our dedicated Surveyors and Legal Team provide Professional Services, including, but not limited to, the following:

Valuations

• Property Surveys (including full structural surveys)
• Land Surveys
• Identification of any defects and recommended repairs or solutions
• Property and Land measurements
• Estimated valuation assessment, taking into account recent sales history of similar properties or land

Conveyencing

• Search and inspect all relevant documents and titles relating to all historical registrations, in respect of the property
• Search to identify the true owners of the land and property
• Search to confirm the property has legal access
• Confirm that the boundaries of the Land Title in hand corresponds to the piece of land in consideration
• Building Permits are in place and the construction of the property conforms to the endorsed working drawings
